If you are looking to use Forcomment to post a document for others to make comments please click on the 'Open Account' button above and follow the on screen instructions to open an account, and then you will be able to upload a document and invite others to make comments. Be sure to set the settings to your preferred settings in order to make the system manage your document to your best advantage
